1. Delivery Charges

All delivery charges will be borne by the customer. Delivery charges will be calculated based on the size and weight of each shipment and the distance of delivery.

2. Free Shipping Policy

Customers will receive free shipping on orders totaling more than R7000.

3. Freight Calculation Method

4. Distribution range

Please ensure that you provide accurate and detailed address information to avoid delivery delays.

5. Payment of shipping charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of placing the order and will be included in the order total. Customers are required to pay all shipping charges at the time of order confirmation.

6. Delivery Time

We will prepare your order and send it out by courier within 48 hours, at which time we will notify you of your order number, which you can use to check the delivery process of your order.
